We've had two service reps come to our home within the last week for two different reasons, one a clogged drain causing a back up of sludge into our shower and another for routine furnace inspection that turned up burned wires from a spider's web. In both instances, the service was impeccable. We continue to use Cabrillo because we've come to trust the company and always receive great service.

Plumber installed Grohe comfort series recirculating pump
HVAC technician installed new supply and return air duct work in attic. Duct system had poor air flow due to improperly installed duct work.
Plumber installed two new hose bibbs and washing machine hoses in garage.
Maintenance check up on Carrier furnace. Everything working properly at this time

Plumber snaked mainline sewer drain, removed roots from drain. Video inspection of mainline pipe.

Maintenance on Carrier furnace. Replaced 14x24x1 filter. Customers stated no airflow in living room. Found crushed duct in attic. Will provide estimate for duct repair.
Trane air conditioner not cooling effectively. Found unit low on refrigerant. Added leak sealant, charged and tested.
Plumber performed camera inspection on main sewer line and found a defect in the pipe under the concrete floor. Also removed blockage in lavatory sink.
Plumber installed customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet with sidespray.
